Took the family to this awesome establishment and I must say it was a good time for me and the kids clean and good staff

I really recommend The Skyzone in San Marcos.

The front desk employees had no personality.

Seriously EVERYONE here at the time are young kids that are to small for open air and they can't use common sense and make the call to allow the kids in the open air area. All the parents want to do is play with our kids and there is no danger of us using that area at this time. I'd rather them just kick us out of the area when big kids show up and want to use the area. As of now our kids are attracted to the area. Let us play because we pay. I won't be coming back

Currently sitting in this establishment and there is not one single person on the trampolines but they are forcing my 5 year old to stay in the "toddler" area. There is not one person in the dodgeball area, top trampolines with foam pits, or in the big open trampoline area, but there are 10 children plus their parents crowded into the tiny gated toddler area. It's absolutely ridiculous that we pay $9 per child and are forced to stay in a tiny little corner of this place. I can understand wanting children 1-2 years old to stay in a gated area away from bigger kids(that's why it's called a TODDLER area) but a 5 year old?! It's way more dangerous for my 5 year old to be jumping next to a one year old. Any injury that could happen to my child on the big trampolines could also happen in the toddler area...that's why we signed a waiver!! Not worth the money in my opinion.

Holy moly we have been to a lot of trampoline parks but this one takes the cake as the dirtiest one we have seen. We visited Get Air on a Sunday afternoon 6/11/17 the place is ran by a bunch of teens. There was trash everywhere in the park trampoline were nasty. Bathrooms were disgusting every trash can was over flowing with bottles and food. There is no supervision one employee in the trampoline section. He Could care less about his job. I would not return to this trampoline park again if I was in Carlsbad. Unsanitary! Will not return

It was my first time at Get Air. It was a really small place and really used up. The soft blocks were really used up as well.
